Can I keep my current layout?
Yes. I reuse your quote and invoice template, your logo and your details, so your clients see no difference except more consistency.
Can the tool work with my accounting software?
In most cases, yes: invoices can be exported in a format your accounting software or accountant can import. I check the options at our first meeting.
Excel or web app?
For one or two people in the office, a well-built Excel tool is often enough. If several people invoice, including on the move, a web app is better suited. I'll advise you based on how you're organised.
Can you handle several languages and currencies?
Yes. Documents can be produced in German, French or English, in CHF or in euros for your clients abroad.
