Where is the application hosted?
Both options are possible: I host and maintain it for you, or I install it on your infrastructure or with your hosting provider. We decide together based on your needs and confidentiality requirements.
Does the app work on smartphones?
Yes. The web apps I build adapt to every screen size and run in the browser, without going through an app store.
Who owns the code?
It depends on the project, and it's always specified in the quote. Anything I build inside an application or file you already own becomes yours after payment. For my own tools and the tools I create, I keep ownership of the code and you receive a perpetual right to use them in your business. A full transfer of rights is possible if we include it in the quote.
Can the app be extended later?
Yes. I often start with the essentials so you can use the app quickly, then add features based on your feedback, on a quote basis.
